| Policies Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival time to avoid full charges. Prices do not include 6.8% Kansas State Tax and 6% Transient Guest Tax. Prices may change without notice. Some dates require a 2 night minimum stay. These would include Emporia State University graduation and The Symphony in the Flint Hills. Please inquire about minimum stay requirements upon making your reservation. Rates are based on double occupancy. $15 fee per night for extra person Maximum guests per single room: 2 ($15 per extra person per night over 2 guests) Maximum guests per deluxe apartment: 4 ($15 per extra person over 4 guests) We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover Smoking is allowed on the porch only We cannot accommodate guest pets Reservations will not be held without credit card.
